Player Code of Conduct

EXPECTATIONS FOR ALL PLAYERS:

​

  • Attend all practices, games, and team events fully prepared and on time.

  • Exhibit respectful and appropriate behavior at all team activities, including practices, games, and club-sponsored events.

  • Follow all rules and guidelines set by your Head Coach.

  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a strong, supportive team environment.

  • Stay physically and mentally fit to perform at your best.

  • Continue developing your skills outside of regular team training.

  • Model excellent sportsmanship at all times.

  • Inform the Head Coach of any injuries as soon as they occur.

  • Show respect to coaches, teammates, managers, referees, opponents, and the game itself.

  • Address any soccer-related concerns directly with your Head Coach.

  • Follow the official laws of the game at all times.

  • Celebrate victories with humility and accept defeats with dignity.

 

PRACTICE & FIELD GUIDELINES:

​

  • Arrive at training sessions ready to perform, both mentally and physically.

  • Arrive early to prepare your gear (uniform, water, etc.) so training can begin on time.

  • Training begins when the coach initiates the warm-up.

  • Players must wear the official Magnifico FC training uniform to every session.

  • Be prepared to assist staff with tasks such as carrying equipment or setting up fields.

  • Help maintain a clean and organized training area by picking up after yourself.

  • During matches, maintain a professional demeanor on the sidelines:

    • Remain seated unless otherwise instructed by the Head Coach.

    • Keep verbal comments positive and encouraging. Negative talk or “trash talking” will not be tolerated.

  • Stay with the team until officially dismissed by the Head Coach, including in cases of injury.

  • The Head Coach is the designated leader—direct all questions or concerns to them.

 

DRESS CODE & APPEARANCE:

​

  • Players must wear Magnifico FC-approved uniforms at all times.

  • The designated match-day uniform must be worn during games.

  • Training sessions require the approved training uniform.

  • Always bring your alternate uniform to every match.

  • Players are responsible for the upkeep of all uniforms and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good condition.

  • Proper appearance includes:

    • Clean, maintained playing shoes

    • Worn shin guards

    • High socks
